Meet Genevieve White
My career has been built around helping people and organizations create meaningful change. Over the past 25+ years, I've led programs, managed complex initiatives, developed marketing strategies, and helped businesses build the structure needed to achieve their goals.
A turning point came after spending five years growing my own business. During that time, I realized that my greatest strengths weren't in being the person generating the ideas—they were in helping turn ideas into action. I've always been the person who brings clarity to complexity, aligns people around a common goal, and helps ensure the important work actually gets done.
Today, as a Fractional COO, I partner with founders and leadership teams to strengthen accountability, improve communication, and build organizations that can grow without relying on one person to hold everything together. The work I find most rewarding is helping leaders step out of the day-to-day, focus on the future, and create businesses that support the lives they want to lead.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, supporting my local community, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and finding new restaurants and experiences along the way.
