about us
Where vision becomes execution.

Our history
Genevieve White didn't set out to become a COO. The path started somewhere else entirely.
After navigating a complex health journey, Genevieve became the person people turned to for advice — so she went back to school, earned two health coaching certifications, and built a coaching business around what she'd learned to continue helping others in a more official capacity.
When she created a course to sell through affiliate marketing, she took a part-time support role at an affiliate marketing startup to learn the ropes. That's where she first encountered EOS.
Digging into the model, she learned about the Visionary/Integrator dynamic — and had a moment of real clarity. She'd been forcing herself into the Visionary role, but the role she'd actually felt built for all along was Integrator. She just hadn't known it had a name.
She told the startup owner: when he was ready, she wanted to be his Integrator. From there, she began gradually winding down her coaching business as she took on more clients as a part-time Integrator and COO.

A critical moment added to her own clarity.
During a moment of national reckoning, Genevieve knew she needed to get clear about which founders she and her team would support. She renamed the company Breakthrough and made that commitment public — a standing dedication to LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women leaders, as well as allied organizations that actively support these communities.

Genevieve White, in her own words
My career has been built around helping people and organizations create meaningful change. Over the past 25+ years, I've led programs, managed complex initiatives, developed marketing strategies, and helped businesses build the structure needed to achieve their goals.
A turning point came after spending five years growing my own business. During that time, I realized that my greatest strengths weren't in being the person generating the ideas—they were in helping turn ideas into action. I've always been the person who brings clarity to complexity, aligns people around a common goal, and helps ensure the important work actually gets done.
Today, as a Fractional COO, I partner with founders and leadership teams to strengthen accountability, improve communication, and build organizations that can grow without relying on one person to hold everything together. The work I find most rewarding is helping leaders step out of the day-to-day, focus on the future, and create businesses that support the lives they want to lead.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, supporting my local community, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and finding new restaurants and experiences along the way.
